We guarantee our wood to be as described. Most of the woods are produced locally within Northeast Iowa. It is mill sawed, band sawed, end grain dipped in special, clean, high melting point wax, air dried and well seasoned. Many times a hardwood producer is blamed for something he has no control over. All we ask is that you, the customer, use a few simple precautions in handling and using wood. As a small producer, we have built our business on quality, rather than quantity. Reluctantly, we have been forced to make price adjustments. However, everything considered, especially quality, we feel we are still below most of our competition. If after using our product, for any reason you are not satisfied, we shall make every effort within reason, to replace or adjust to your satisfaction. Please remember however-we have no control over shipping costs or the weight of the product.

5. Consult your local Post Office, figure postage and insurance on 65 lbs. from our zip code, 52076, to your zip code. Any over payment will be promptly refunded.

NOTICE: A $5.00 packaging and handling fee is applied per order.

Note: On Parcel Post- Up to 70 lbs. can be shipped via Parcel Post can be shipped in one package. Any over 70 lbs. must be broken into two packages.

On U.P.S- Up to 150 lbs. may be shipped in one package. Prices will vary depending on weight and location.  U.P.S. Shipments totaling 200 lbs. or more to the same zip code on the same day qualify for a rate discount.
